With his extensive knowledge there isn't a lot Matt dosen't know or hasn't done... Teaching & Coaching, Distribution... Matt now gets lumbered with all the very boring jobs but keep the business in order! And us...

James Mekin-Hewitt - Director.You'll find me on the water or hiding upstairs updating this website during the winter months (Or somewhere warm) Windsuring, Kitesurfing and wakeboarding keep me out of trouble - I'll always have a smile and be keen to help you in any way I can - I'll also try to reply, process and sort any emails and on-line orders...

Jamie Edwards - Hardwear Store Manager. Jamie joins our team after a few years of traveling / kiting around the world. From being a sponsored rider and qualified instructor from a very young age. Jamie has run watersport centres in fars corners of the world and brings a wealth of knowledge to our store and specalises in Kitesurfing, Wake boarding and Surfing.

James Dando - Hardwear Store Assistant. From a vast experience of watersport management, working in the far corners of the world, to running his own schools more local... James joins the team bringing his enthusiasm to all water sports along with him, especially his passion for windsurfing and wakeboarding...

 

James is able to offer the very latest advice and techniques of everything we sell in the shop with a smile.

Matt Berkhauer (Matty B for short) has over 10 years’ experience instructing windsurfing at all levels in Brighton, Turkey, Greece and Egypt. He is a highly experienced instructor capable of teaching you all your favourite moves. From your first adventures on a windsurf board, beachstarts to spocks, footstraps to forward loops, or waterstarts to your first time in waves, Matt and the team at H2O are looking forward to seeing you for a summer of windsurfing down at the Harbour... Kate Ely - Clothes Store Manager.Fashion, fashion fashion - You'll spot kate and the rest of the girls a mile away - Always very well dressed sporting the latest designs form the store - Always happy to help you get the right outfits for yourself and your other halfs. They also try to keep the boys looking smart and business like (I did say try)

Rose - Sales Manager -With a life long experience in the fashion industry - Rose has the habbit of finding you the perfect outfit.

Jessica - Sales Manager.Those may know Jessica when she owned the shop before with her husband Tom before we purchased it off them... This year see's her returning to work with renewed motivation to help out a couple of days a week while also focusing on other areas of the fashion industry.
