Renowned for its lightness and manoeuvrability, the SWING excels in waves and freefly, delivering exceptional performance in complete control and evenness. Thanks to its completely reworked design and reduced wingspan, this fifth SWING perfectly balances stability, ease of use, comfort, control and smooth power delivery.
FULL DESCRIPTION
The SWING has been designed to provide the best possible sensations, while guaranteeing comfort and lightness. Building on the success of past editions, this fifth SWING is even more intuitive, benefiting from improved stability, ease of use and balance.
Its incredible stability gives you total control of the foil so you can make the most of your time on the water. Its excellent upwind ability makes it easy to get a downwind run started, where its ideal neutral position in freefly lets you concentrate fully on your trajectories and the swell.
The SWING’s compact design and reduced wingspan make the wing lighter, facilitate pumping for planing starts, bring exceptional maneuverability, and allow you to ride with your arms lower, perfect for smaller riders. This fifth SWING also inherits the forward traction of our latest STRIKE, transforming your session and getting you up on foil in an instant.
The new design of this fifth SWING also leads to greater efficiency and comfort in the high end, while maintaining an excellent planing start thanks to an effective and intuitive pumping. The new radial cut and longer Load Diffuser minimize wing deformation and ideally distribute tensions.
This SWING also features our innovative Sweep Control Panel that regulates trailing edge tension, ensuring stability, upwind abilities, speed and sustained performance overtime. This Sweep Control Panel, in HITEX 178g on this model, ideally reinforces the front part of the leading edge and helps control its rearward deformation, while maintaining lateral flex for comfort and energy transfer during pumping.
The SWING excels in all types of wind and conditions, from low to high end, offering better control during acceleration and at high speeds, making it possible to handle choppy or rougher seas and make the most of the waves.
The optimized strap positioning enables a single Carbon Boom to fit multiple sizes and wing models across the entire F-ONE wing range.
Whether you’re chasing waves or downwinding, the SWING is the ideal choice thanks to its accessible performance and perfect balance, offering lightness, stability and comfort for a controlled and intuitive ride at all times.

TECHNOLOGY
SAIL ENGINEERING
Sail engineering is the science of controlling our design and its behavior while flying. These features have been created with one goal in mind: Mastering the kite’s loads to maintain the desired shape for the longest time.
1 – WARP TENSION LINE
Woven fabrics feature a longitudinal 0° yarn (Warp) and a transversal 90° yarn (Weft). Therefore, a fabric has great elongation resistance and strength capacities if you apply tension at 0° or 90° along the yarns. But it will deform and stretch when tension is applied at, let’s say, 45°.
2 – LOAD CONTROL PANELING
When engineering the load control paneling, we make sure that fabrics panels are warp/weft oriented, meaning that the load path runs through the yarns. Fabric and seams are then in the best position to receive tensions and maintain the original kite shape.
3 – STAGGERED SEAMS
Most of the kite’s back lines tension is distributed through the trailing-edge panels and seams. As seams are significantly stiffer than the fabric they join, they tend to strain under loads and therefore deform the profile. The staggered seams break that line of tension by balancing the stiffness between seams and cloth, which helps distribute the load over a wider area and maintain the original shape even under high loads.
4 – FABRIC WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
Our sails feature four different cloth weights, from 52 up to 155gr/m². Sail engineering allows us to control our shape and drive load tensions without using heavy fabrics or bulky designs, therefore we can reduce fabric’s weight and use. It results in a lighter, optimized kite.
HT80
The HT80 is a woven double ripstop high tenacity polyester that brings increased stability and allows a better control of the profile of the kite or the wing.
This material guarantees great resistance to elongation and tears, as well as increased durability overtime.
HITEX
To meet the specific needs of the development of wings and kites, and to offer a high-performance and durable product without using inaccessible materials, F-ONE has developed HITEX, a new high tenacity polyester. Available in 158g, and exclusively for F-ONE in 178g, this new material is incredibly resistant to elongation and increases the durability of wings and kites.
HITEX is an innovative, high tenacity polyester fibre with an enhanced high-quality weaving and coating that increases the fabrics’ resistance. The 178g is a new weight and perfectly matches the needs of the centre strut and centre of its leading edge. The lighter 158g is used in the leading edge tips.
Used throughout the inflatable structure of the wings and kites and designed to handle the high pressures when inflating, HITEX offers performance and resistance. Thanks to extensive Sail Engineering work, the R&D team has placed each weight of HITEX in different areas allowing absolute control of the shape session after session.
NANO
This micro ripstop polyester 55g is used on the canopies of our SWING V3, CWC V2, BREEZE V4 and ONE V2. Wings and kites are often left in the wind to flap. They are also very often wet, salty and sandy; all factors that weaken them. The canopy must therefore be very durable to keep its rigidity over time and to ensure the same performance level between the day of purchase and the end of its life. It benefits from a NANO coating and a Plasma treatment process that brings an increased rigidity, resistance to elongation and tears, and durability. Used by our blue sign-certified factory, Plasma is an eco-friendly technology that uses less chemicals in the finishing process while guaranteeing the same performances and stability.
SWEEP CONTROL PANEL
The Sweep Control Panel provides dynamic and precise control of the wing’s sweep angle by improving tension control. Thanks to this innovation, the trailing edge remains taut, guaranteeing stability, upwind abilities, speed and long-lasting performance overtime.
Running from wingtip to wingtip and designed with a more resistant fabric or material, this continuous panel reinforces the front part of the leading edge and helps control its rearward deformation, while maintaining lateral flex for comfort and energy transfer during pumping.
The specific construction of the leading edge, incorporating 2 or 3 different materials and weights depending on the wing’s model, allows for its stiffness and flex to be managed perfectly and naturally throughout the entire ride. The use of these 2 or 3 ideally placed materials also saves weight on the wing.
REACTOR VALVE
The reactor inflation valve offers a high flow connection that twist locks the pump hose to the kite for an easy and super-fast inflation and deflation at the push of a button.
It provides a high air flow rate between the struts and leading edge.

from 127 reviewsAfter purchasing this wing earlier this year it has noticeably made tacks so much smoother and overall upgraded my riding. I bought the 3.0 and 5.0 metre and my 3.0m flies very well in both underpowered and overpowered conditions
I purchased the Unit SLS 2025 wing earlier this year and it has made tacks so much smoother and upgraded my riding. I also bought the Duotone Carve 3.0 D/LAB 2025 with the 800 front wing and once again it’s been a game changer, having a great amount of glide which works perfectly for both wingfoiling and kitefoiling!
All thanks to the H2O team that always have loads of knowledge, passion for watersports and go above and beyond!
Preferring not to throw away my (now discontinued) North Red boom which had a broken cuff, I called H2O to see if there was any way to salvage it. I spoke with Matt who was very knowledgeable and helpful but came off the phone somewhat resigned that I might not be able to get the part. However to my surprise a little while later I was blown away (with a force 5) when I got a call to tell me he’d sourced one for me. And here I am now, a week on, with all the bits I need to get back on the water; whoever said people don’t have time to help others! So the moral of this story is have a little faith and try H2O!

Ordered a 1350 Glide 2.0 to progress on to from my 1750 aero free. Being a heavier rider I've found it's now my go to foil wing, initially a bit harder to get on the foil compared to the aero free but once up it feels completely effort less! Thanks to the team for getting me sorted out 🤙
James, Matt and the H20 Team are absolute gurus of the water sports industry, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They will always give the right advice and come up with superb deals and first class support, thanks guys for always helping me to make the right decisions over the last 20 + years!
My new mast arrived from H20. Sports and it was so worth the wait. You immediately notice how much stiffer it is compared to the v1 carbon version when riding. The foil feels more responsive and direct .It also glides longer in transition s and riding bumps.
Its well worth the upgrade in my opinion.
I bpught this wing to replacr my Unit 5.5 m wing for tje summer breezes as i never liked using big wings. This wing is really powerful in the low end and allows you to pump really efficiently to get on foil with a bit of technique.
You can size down by half a metre with this wing compared to a Unit.
Its still fast and so good iwhen you roll into a tack.
Perfect quiver would be a 3 m , 4m & a 5 m in the Float for all conditions.
Its a great price too as lower than Dlab and SLS wings but with great performance.
As one of the H2O riders I have really enjoyed the variety of kit H2O have available. Including the Duotone sky surf 35Ltr which quickly become my favourite board because of its shorter and thicker shape while being low in litres it still allows me to get it out the water in some lighter winds. However it comes into its own when the wind is strong and the waves are pumping with its incredible manoeuvrability. Paired with the Duotone units (that are light weight and precisely balanced) wave riding is a dream.
I've been one of those riders who thought one board was enough. Turns out a downwind board has opened up so many more days on the water. I cant believe how easy this beast gets going in 6 knots. I use my 8' board with the 1100 and 1595 Duotone Glide. It's like a whole new sport. Whilst I've tried paddling up, I think I'll stick to winging for now (although can't wait to try the Stash Parawing).
Lots of the benefits of the DLAB Unit but without the price tag. Strong, light, and powerful. It's been great in all conditions, handles really well when over powered. I bought the 3.5, 4.5 and 5.5 to cover all eventualities. Personally I prefer the handle option which works really well with my harness. Matt and the team really helpful in deciding on the sizing.
I absolutely love my 65L/4'9" Sky Style SLS Wing Board. I'm about 88kg and it suits me for most conditions. Easy planing, great in waves, sold for jumping. Incredibly light, especially when paired with a DLAB Carve 800 foil and mast, which makes it a great overseas travel option too. Carbon finish and colours look great (picture on website doesn't do it enough justice). Not a big fan of the front foot straps overlapping but going to put the new v-strap on which will sort this.
I usually go for the DLAB or SLS Concept Blue Units but this wing has had great reviews so thought I'd give it a try. Great power delivery and handling, really light weight but solid construction. The wing’s dihedral and tension profile give amazing flight balance so although designed for wave/downwind, I think this wind would suit all levels. Bought teh 5m for the summer but bought a 4 ready for the winter swell.
The 2025 Unit is a good allrounder fast, stiff & light wing.
I prefer to size down my Unit as they are really grunty wings.
They also have great top end aswell and the white colourway looks cool.
I have ridden the Skybrid SLS 70 litre and its a great hybrid board between a short wave freesyle board and a mid length shape.
Easy to get up though its narrower than my previous boards and does require a little more effort.
The big advantage is the early planing speed to get on foil and the glide.
Its a good allrounder in waves and flat water.
