Shipping Made Simple (Sort Of!)

We offer FREE shipping on all mainland UK orders over £99! 🎉 (Except for bulky items and remote postcodes—because we all have that one friend who lives in the middle of nowhere). We aim to get 95% of our products to you the next day, but if you’ve ordered something special that needs to be sourced from suppliers, shipping can take 5-7 working days. No worries, though—our team will be in touch within 24 hours to update you on your order's ETA and tracking.

Heads Up! Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands are now part of our "Rest of the World" shipping terms due to the sky-high delivery costs. 📦

What’s The Catch? (Spoiler: There’s Some)

• Orders under £99: We’ll charge you a modest £4.99 for shipping.

• Bulky items & remote postcodes: If shipping charges can’t be calculated at checkout, we’ll call you within 24 hours to confirm exact costs. Don’t worry, you’ll know all the details before we process anything—and if it doesn’t work for you, we’ll offer a full refund.

• For European orders under £200, there’s a base £30 surcharge. And yes, larger items may incur even more charges, but we’ll let you know before you pull the trigger. If you’re unsure, just ask for a shipping quote in advance.

Shipping Europe & Beyond

From January 1st, 2024, orders under £200 to Europe will have a £30 surcharge. Large or bulky items (like kite boards, sails, or ISUPs) may have additional charges and longer delivery times (think 5-7 working days). We’ll be in touch within 24 hours of your order to confirm any extra costs and shipping timelines.

For all international orders, you’re responsible for any extra costs (think: customs, duties, storage fees, and so on). And just to clarify, Rigid Kayaks aren’t shipped to Europe—sorry, but that’s a no-go. 😅

Rest of the World

Starting January 1st, 2024, orders under £500 to the Rest of the World will have a £60 surcharge. Like Europe, larger items may have added surcharges. But don’t stress, our team will contact you ASAP to clarify any additional fees before we process your order.

For exceptionally large items (like Windsurfing Boards or Rigid SUPs), we’ll happily provide a specific shipping quote. We’ll contact you within 24 hours after placing your order to let you know.

Important Note: For all international orders, you'll be responsible for customs, duties, and any additional charges. We’ll provide the paperwork and invoice, but it’s up to you to make sure it’s all in order for your country.

If you’re in doubt or want a more detailed quote, just reach out to us! And if you ever need to change your delivery info, you can handle that directly with our shipping partners via their app. But just a heads-up, we’re not responsible if anything goes missing once you’ve made those changes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get my item quicker?

If you need your order faster than the time quoted above, Express Delivery may be an option — but it will incur a surcharge. Email us at contact@h2o-sports.co.uk and we’ll confirm the cost and estimated delivery time.

What is a bulky item?

Anything that exceeds 140cm x 80cm x 80cm or weighs over 20kg is classed as a bulky item. These will incur the charges shown in the table above, along with the indicated delivery times.
Occasionally, some bulky items may require additional charges and longer delivery times. If that applies, our team will be in touch before we proceed to make sure you’re happy to continue with the order.

Am I in a UK remote location?

“Remote” UK locations and postcodes are areas that are typically more difficult or costly to deliver to due to location, low population density, or limited access.
Remote postcodes: AB, IV, KW, TR, BT
Remote locations: Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands

Are there any UK locations you do not deliver to?

Yes. H2O Sports does not deliver as Standard to the following locations:

• Falkland Islands (FIQQ 1ZZ)

• Channel Islands (GY1–GY9, JE1–JE4)

• Gibraltar (GX11 1AA)

• BFPO addresses, including associated addresses like RAF Northolt

Please contact us to discuss these above locations. 

We also reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure (for example, a communal postal address or a PO box). If this affects an order you place, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Rigid Kayaks can only be shipped in the UK non-remote location.

Can I change the delivery information?

• If you haven’t received tracking information yet: email contact@h2o-sports.co.uk with your request and we’ll do our best to help.

• If you have received tracking information: we can’t make changes once it’s with our preferred courier. However, you can update delivery details yourself using the links in your delivery/tracking confirmation. Please note we are not responsible for any issues that may arise if anything goes missing after you’ve adjusted your delivery details.

Are there any items you don’t ship?

Rigid Kayaks can only be shipped to the UK non-remote location. For anywhere else - please contact the team to ask.. Anything is possible 

International Shipping Terms

Ordering for delivery outside of the United Kingdom? Please be aware that additional charges may apply when your parcel arrives in your country. The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, and other charges set by the destination country.

These costs are not included in the price of your order or the shipping fees and are determined by local customs authorities. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order so there are no surprises.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any extra fees incurred during the import process. H2O Sports will not cover these costs, and failure to pay them may result in delays or return of the shipment.
