The (Not So) Tiny Print: Your Warranty, Returns & Everything in Between

As per the standard 12 months warranty your product will be replaced or repaired.
All products come with a 12-month warranty from the day you make your purchase. Some products might even offer an extended warranty—just be sure to register your product within 30 days of purchase (don’t worry, we’ll remind you).
If something goes wrong, email us at contact@h2o-sports.co.uk with your order number and a quick description of the issue. We’ll arrange a collection via DPD and send your product off to us or the manufacturer for assessment. Depending on the warranty and the product, you’ll either get a brand-new item or a replacement part. We’ll even take a second look if your warranty period is up—just contact us, and we’ll evaluate the case.
Warranty Defined: If a part fails because of a manufacturer’s issue, you're covered. But accidental damage and general wear and tear aren’t covered—your gear doesn’t grow old, it gets worn out!
Damaged Goods? We’ve Got You Covered (Unless You Signed for It Like It Was Fine...)
If you’ve signed for an item and later find it’s damaged (oops), let us know within 24 hours (we’re open seven days a week). We’ll usually arrange for a collection and send a replacement. If you're returning items from Europe or beyond, don’t forget to enclose your certificate of posting. Without it, you might only get the minimum compensation.
And if we mess up (yes, even we can make mistakes), we'll fix it. We'll collect the wrong or faulty product, send you the right one, or offer a repair/discount if you’re okay keeping it.
Changing Your Mind? Here’s the Fine Print
If you’ve simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/product, keep in mind that under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, you don’t automatically get a right to return it. But hey, we’re not monsters—we’ll still do our best to make it right with an exchange or refund (at our discretion). Just note, return postage isn’t on us, and the goods need to be in resellable condition. If not, we might charge a restocking fee or refuse the return altogether.
Refunds usually take seven working days (often quicker!) once we get the return. And if you paid in a different currency, we’re not responsible for exchange rate differences or any fees.
