Suspected Damaged Goods? Let’s Sort It Out!
So your order has arrived looking a little worse for wear? No worries—we’ve got a plan! Ideally, your courier will hang around while you do a quick damage inspection (you know, just to be sure everything is in one piece). If they’re not keen to stick around, simply sign for the goods as “unchecked.” If the packaging looks like it’s been through a wrestling match, make sure to sign “damaged” or, if it’s a total disaster, refuse delivery altogether.
Reporting Damage: We’re on It!
If your order is damaged, incorrect, faulty, or just plain confusing in any way (we know sometimes things can be misleading), don’t panic—just give us a call or send an email with your order number. Damages need to be reported within 24 hours, and any other issues should be reported within 48 hours—otherwise, we won’t be able to accept liability. Time is of the essence, and we’ll do our best to get it all sorted out ASAP!
So, if it’s a little banged up, don’t stress—just let us know and we’ll get to work fixing it!
