Need to Cancel Your Order? Let’s Make It Easy (Sort Of)
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, give us a call at 0044 1202 733744 (10am-4pm), and we’ll help you out—just have your order number ready. However, if our warehouse has already started working its magic, we won’t be able to cancel it, but don’t worry—you can still return it as soon as it arrives.
Under UK Distance Selling Regulations, you’ve got seven working days from the day after you receive your order to cancel and get a full refund. But, we do need you to officially confirm cancellation in writing (a quick email with your order number will do).
If the order’s already with you, just return everything in its original condition and we’ll sort the rest. Remember, you’ll need to cover the return postage, and we’ll inspect the items when they come back. If we don’t receive the cancelled order, we might arrange a collection at your cost. But don’t worry—we’ll do our best to make it as painless as possible!
