Returning & Exchanging Items: We’ve Kept It Simple

Life’s complicated enough, so we’ve made returning items for mainland UK as easy as pie. Just click the link below, fill out the form, and voilà—we’ll handle the rest!

Need an exchange? No sweat! Simply select "refund" on the form, reorder your desired item online, and we’ll refund you the moment your return arrives back with us.

For customers in Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Europe, or beyond, we sadly can’t arrange collections, so you’ll need to send the item back to us directly.

What if we messed up?
If we’ve made a mistake or sent you a faulty item, we’ll cover all postage costs once you share your receipt, and we’ll dispatch your replacement free of charge.

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size?
No problem! Just note that return postage isn’t refundable, and sending out the new item will incur a standard delivery fee.

Changed your mind? No problem! You can return any item to us—no explanation needed—for a full refund or exchange. Just make sure to kick off the process within 30 days of receiving your order by either using the return form above or dropping us an email at contact@h2o-sports.co.uk (don’t forget to include your order number).

A few quick notes:

  • We don’t currently offer free returns for refunds or exchanges.
  • Items must be returned unused, with tags, and in their original packaging—think “good as new!”
  • If we’ve made an error or sent a faulty item, we’ll cover all postage costs (just send us the receipt) and get your replacement sent out ASAP at no extra charge.

Ordered the wrong size or changed your mind? That’s okay! But in these cases, return postage won’t be refunded, and there’ll be a delivery fee for dispatching out a replacement.

Changing Your Mind? Here’s the Fine Print

If you’ve simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/product, keep in mind that under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, you don’t automatically get a right to return it. But hey, we’re not monsters—we’ll still do our best to make it right with an exchange or refund (at our discretion). Just note, return postage isn’t on us, and the goods need to be in resellable condition. If not, we might charge a restocking fee or refuse the return altogether.

Refunds usually take seven working days (often quicker!) once we get the return. And if you paid in a different currency, we’re not responsible for exchange rate differences or any fees.
