H2O Sports returns and exchange policy
Our extended Christmas returns policy
We’ve extended our usual limit for returns just for the festive season. Any gift bought in November or December can be returned up until 31st January, if it’s unwanted or unsuitable.
Returning full priced items
If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please notify us within 14 days and return it within 28 days in its original condition and packaging. New items must be returned in their original condition, meaning that you haven't used the product and have kept all original packaging and labels intact. The item should be in a condition that allows it to be resold at full price.
We will exchange or refund your purchase as long as it meets the terms and conditions explained on this page. The refund will be processed once we receive the returned item and verify its condition. Please note that any delivery charges you may have incurred will not be included in the refund.
You can return the purchase using your chosen service at your own cost. We do not offer free returns.
How to return your H2O Sports order
1. Go to www.h2o-sports.co.uk
2. Log in to your account.
3. On the orders page, select 'Returns request' for the item you would like to return.
4. Select the reason for the return from the dropdown menu and add any notes that may help with the return if necessary.
5. Click the returns request button.
6. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your request.
7. Once the return is accepted by our team, you will receive an email stating that your return has been approved.
8. You can then return the purchase using your chosen service at your own cost (we do not offer free returns).
Returning clearance or discounted items
If you have changed your mind about your purchase and it is a discounted or clearance item, please notify us within 14 days and return the item within 28 days in its original condition and packaging. If your purchase meets the terms and conditions outlined on this page, you will receive a full refund in the form of online store credit only. The store credit will be processed and added to your account once we receive and verify the condition of the returned item. Please note that any delivery charges incurred will not be included in the refund.
You can return the item using your preferred service at your own cost, as we do not offer free returns.
Second-hand product return policy
At H2O Sports, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality second-hand products. Due to the nature of these items, we have established the following return policy in accordance with UK laws:
Non-Returnable Policy
All second-hand products sold through our website are considered final sale. As such, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and images before making a purchase.
Consumer Rights
We assure you that all second-hand items are described accurately and meet the standards of satisfactory quality as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is found to be faulty or not as described, please contact our team within 14 days of receipt. We will assess cases on an individual basis and take appropriate action, which may include repair or replacement.

Returning faulty or wrongly sent item?
If we’ve made a mistake or sent you a faulty item, we’ll cover all postage costs once you share your receipt, and we’ll dispatch your replacement free of charge.
None of the above exclusions affect your statutory rights, in particular your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
What can’t be returned
These products can only be returned if they’re faulty or not as described.
- Purchases received over 30 days ago
- Items you’ve opened or unsealed, other than where necessary to inspect
- Items without the original packaging or labels
- Items or packaging in poor condition
- 2nd Hand items
- Items that contain your personal data or have been registered with the manufacturer
- Products made or cut to your own specifications
- Products that have been personalised for you
- Products that can’t be returned for hygiene reasons:
- Skin care products that have been opened, used or don’t have the seal intact
- Swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
Please note
If you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund or exchange, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

How you'll be refunded
You’ll receive a refund within 14 days of returning the item to the same payment method you used. For items bought with gift cards, we’ll send an e-gift card to the email address that was used to make the purchase.
