Packaging Sizes Explained

Standard size item

Any item(s) with a maximum length of 120cm x 70cm x 70cm and up to 20Kg

Product examples: iSups, kites, wings, wetsuits, most accessories

Bulky item A

Any item(s) with a maximum length of 180cm x 80cm x 80cm and up to 30Kg

Product examples: Boards under 5'4", twintips, wakeboards, waterski's, booms, adjustable paddles, some masts and sails.

Bulky item B

Any item(s) with a maximum length of 300cm x 100cm x 80cm and up to 50Kg

Product examples: Boards under 9', rig packs, fixed paddles, some masts and sails.

Bulky item C

Any item(s) that exceed length of 300cm x 100cm x 80cm and up to 70Kg

Product examples: Boards over 9', rigid kayaks, some masts.

 

Important Information Please Read

Upon Delivery

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all items carefully to ensure they have not been damaged during transit. If you notice any visible damage, you must sign for the package as “Damaged.” You have the right to refuse the delivery if the items are damaged and can request that they be returned to the sender. If you are unable to thoroughly check the goods at the time of delivery, please sign for them as “Unchecked.”

It is essential that you inspect and confirm that the goods are in perfect condition before signing for them. If the goods are damaged and you do not sign for them as such, H2O Sports cannot accept any liability, and the item will not be replaced or reimbursed.

H2O Sports reserves the right to refuse any order and will notify potential purchasers in a reasonable time frame.

In exceptional circumstances, we may need to contact you if delivery to your destination incurs additional charges.

Order Pickup Policy

When picking up your order, we kindly ask you to inspect all items carefully to ensure they have not been damaged during transit. If you notice any visible damage, please notify a member of H2O Sports staff immediately.

It is crucial to confirm that all goods are in perfect condition before leaving the store. If damage is found and not reported at the time of pickup, H2O Sports cannot accept liability for replacement or reimbursement of the item.

Can I get my item quicker?

If you need your order faster than the time quoted above Express Delivery may be an option but it will incur a surcharge. Please contact us at contact@h2o-sports.co.uk and we can provide you with the cost and estimated delivery time.

What is a bulky item?

Items that exceed 120cm x 70cm x 70cm and up to 20Kg are classified as bulky items and will incur charges as stated in the table above, along with the indicated delivery times. Some bulky items may incur additional charges and longer delivery times. If this is the case, our team will be in touch to ensure you’re happy to proceed with the order. 

Am I in a UK remote location?

UK remote locations and postcodes refer to areas that are considered more difficult or costly to deliver to, often due to their location, low population density, or limited access. Below is a list of locations that fall under the remote category:

Locations: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man.

Are there any UK locations you do not deliver to?

H2O Sports does not deliver to the following locations: Falkland Islands (FIQQ 1ZZ), Gibraltar (GX11 1AA), and BFPO addresses, which includes associated addresses like RAF Northolt. We also reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, such as a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Rigid Kayaks can only be shipped in the UK non-remote location.

Can I change the delivery information?

If you have not yet received any delivery tracking information, please contact the team at contact@h2o-sports.co.uk with your request.

If you have already received tracking information from our preferred courier, we are unable to make any adjustments for you. However, you can adjust the delivery details yourself by clicking the relevant links in your delivery/tracking confirmation. Please note that we are not responsible for any issues that may arise if anything goes missing after you have adjusted your delivery details.

Are there any items you don’t ship?

Rigid Kayaks can only be shipped to the UK non-remote location.

International Shipping Terms

When ordering products for delivery outside of the United Kingdom, please be aware that you may be subject to additional costs upon the arrival of your package in your country.
