SHOOT FOR THE MOON.
A true classic in our range, the F-ONE TRAX is one of the most popular Twin-Tips on the market. It is a versatile board that excels in terms of speed, comfort, and glide. In its carbon version and with the exclusive HRD rail, the TRAX HRD CARBON offers an instant feeling of control at speed and performance.
FULL DESCRIPTION
The exclusive Helical Rail Design (HRD) plays a significant role in this board’s exceptional performances. It is a unique process that allows for the rails of the board to be shaped in 3D. There are three sections to the rail as it runs the length of the board. In the middle of the board, the rail is thin for grip and improved upwind ability. Under the feet, the rail is inverted and curved like a surfboard rail, allowing the board to smoothly track through chop and improving its carving ability. As the rail reaches the tips, it thins out again, bringing superior grip and bite to give excellent pop.
On the water, this board offers an instant feeling of speed and performance. The HRD rail eliminates spray and feels very comfortable regardless of the water conditions.
The TRAX HRD CARBON benefits from a biaxial carbon full layer which drops the weight of the board. It also gives it extra strength, a stiffer ride, and a more powerful flex response. Its lightness makes it very responsive and is an absolute dream once in the air.
The board’s flex has been tuned with the properties of carbon fiber to provide the best pop off the water, and the tips are exceedingly responsive, thus helping you when you load up the edge for take-off. When it comes to landings, the wide outline and channeled base combine to smooth things out and allow you to always retain control.
The concave step design on the bottom, an association of a classic single concave with a full-length channel, gives the board its locked-in yet smooth ride, and allows you to go planing in an instant with strong upwind potential.
Combining edge control, early planing, upwind ability and chop-friendly handling, the TRAX CARBON is an excellent choice for beginners, experts, and everyone in between. The stiff ride and explosive pop make this board well suited to the more freestyle-oriented riders looking for bigger airs and longer sessions.
From flat water to harsh chop, this precise board can handle it, and you’ll get a ride like no other with plenty of performance at your disposal and in full confidence.
The TRAX HRD CARBON is available in four sizes: 135×39 cm, 136×40.5 cm, 137×42 cm, and 140×45 cm. All come equipped with four UNIBOX 50mm fins, which offer better speed and improved glide thanks to their thinner profile.
KEY FEATURES
Performance freestyle
Explosive pop
Exceptional upwind abilities
Ultra light and responsive
HELICAL RAIL DESIGN
A true revolution, the Helical Rail Design (HRD) is a tripartite rail which delivers insane precision, advanced directional stability, surreal grip, and ultimate comfort, all unknown yet in the world of twin tips. The HRD Rail provides new performances and a true sensation of floating above the water. The 16mm thick rail also strongly increases the strength and stiffness of the structure and locks the twist of the board.
3D DECK STRUCTURE
Board flex is tuned through both materials and shape. The shape of the deck is especially engineered to make the board ultra-responsive between your legs for maximum drive and precision with the flex increasing progressively towards the tips for maximum pop and comfort.
TIP RECESS
It reduces the core's volume and weight, and adds extra flexibility towards the tip of the board. Combined with the other deck features, this makes the board stiff in the middle sections but with a nice flex towards the tips, making the drive very precise with a smooth riding feeling and extra pop for the jumps.
WOOD CORE
The wood forms the heart of your board and gives it most of its mechanical properties: strength, flex, and resilience (ability to return to its original shape). In optimizing the wood thickness distribution, we always seek the best compromise between strength, stiffness, and weight to ensure you get the best of your board and maximum comfort.
CONCAVE STEP DESIGN
The combination of a bottom concave and a channel, which tightens the central part, allows to go planning in an instant with strong upwind potential. The concave absorbs the chop and improves its grip on the water.
The channel enhances the flow of the water and relieves the pressure on the back foot, providing incomparable comfort.
UNIBOX FINS
The patented UNIBOX system and RESPONSE fins have a radical effect: the asymmetrical profile improves the general ride and early planning. However, it is the flex of the RESPONSE fins that gives amazing rail-grip as well as pop and forgiveness on heavy freestyle landings.

from 124 reviewsPreferring not to throw away my (now discontinued) North Red boom which had a broken cuff, I called H2O to see if there was any way to salvage it. I spoke with Matt who was very knowledgeable and helpful but came off the phone somewhat resigned that I might not be able to get the part. However to my surprise a little while later I was blown away (with a force 5) when I got a call to tell me he’d sourced one for me. And here I am now, a week on, with all the bits I need to get back on the water; whoever said people don’t have time to help others! So the moral of this story is have a little faith and try H2O!
Ordered a 1350 Glide 2.0 to progress on to from my 1750 aero free. Being a heavier rider I've found it's now my go to foil wing, initially a bit harder to get on the foil compared to the aero free but once up it feels completely effort less! Thanks to the team for getting me sorted out 🤙
James, Matt and the H20 Team are absolute gurus of the water sports industry, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They will always give the right advice and come up with superb deals and first class support, thanks guys for always helping me to make the right decisions over the last 20 + years!
My new mast arrived from H20. Sports and it was so worth the wait. You immediately notice how much stiffer it is compared to the v1 carbon version when riding. The foil feels more responsive and direct .It also glides longer in transition s and riding bumps.
Its well worth the upgrade in my opinion.
I bpught this wing to replacr my Unit 5.5 m wing for tje summer breezes as i never liked using big wings. This wing is really powerful in the low end and allows you to pump really efficiently to get on foil with a bit of technique.
You can size down by half a metre with this wing compared to a Unit.
Its still fast and so good iwhen you roll into a tack.
Perfect quiver would be a 3 m , 4m & a 5 m in the Float for all conditions.
Its a great price too as lower than Dlab and SLS wings but with great performance.
As one of the H2O riders I have really enjoyed the variety of kit H2O have available. Including the Duotone sky surf 35Ltr which quickly become my favourite board because of its shorter and thicker shape while being low in litres it still allows me to get it out the water in some lighter winds. However it comes into its own when the wind is strong and the waves are pumping with its incredible manoeuvrability. Paired with the Duotone units (that are light weight and precisely balanced) wave riding is a dream.
I've been one of those riders who thought one board was enough. Turns out a downwind board has opened up so many more days on the water. I cant believe how easy this beast gets going in 6 knots. I use my 8' board with the 1100 and 1595 Duotone Glide. It's like a whole new sport. Whilst I've tried paddling up, I think I'll stick to winging for now (although can't wait to try the Stash Parawing).
Lots of the benefits of the DLAB Unit but without the price tag. Strong, light, and powerful. It's been great in all conditions, handles really well when over powered. I bought the 3.5, 4.5 and 5.5 to cover all eventualities. Personally I prefer the handle option which works really well with my harness. Matt and the team really helpful in deciding on the sizing.
I absolutely love my 65L/4'9" Sky Style SLS Wing Board. I'm about 88kg and it suits me for most conditions. Easy planing, great in waves, sold for jumping. Incredibly light, especially when paired with a DLAB Carve 800 foil and mast, which makes it a great overseas travel option too. Carbon finish and colours look great (picture on website doesn't do it enough justice). Not a big fan of the front foot straps overlapping but going to put the new v-strap on which will sort this.
I usually go for the DLAB or SLS Concept Blue Units but this wing has had great reviews so thought I'd give it a try. Great power delivery and handling, really light weight but solid construction. The wing’s dihedral and tension profile give amazing flight balance so although designed for wave/downwind, I think this wind would suit all levels. Bought teh 5m for the summer but bought a 4 ready for the winter swell.
The 2025 Unit is a good allrounder fast, stiff & light wing.
I prefer to size down my Unit as they are really grunty wings.
They also have great top end aswell and the white colourway looks cool.
I have ridden the Skybrid SLS 70 litre and its a great hybrid board between a short wave freesyle board and a mid length shape.
Easy to get up though its narrower than my previous boards and does require a little more effort.
The big advantage is the early planing speed to get on foil and the glide.
Its a good allrounder in waves and flat water.
I’m have been riding Duotone Glide foils for 2 years now and the 2.0 version is such a big upgrade in performance compared to the original. It has earlier lift, quicker turns in the roll axis and best of all improved glide.
The 750 has the same glide and lift as the old 900 with the benefits of riding a smaller foil but it is still easy to use.
If you are intermediate , don’t be afraid to down size the front wing for more performance and speed.
I also recommend changing the stabilzer to a P or PX stab for more speed and stability or if you want a looser feel the S stab.
The H stab is great for downwind bump gliding if thats your thing.but its woth having a P (PX ) or S stab to change your feel.
Great foil and very user friendly.
Ordered the GoPro Hero 13 bundle as they had it for sale at the best price, delivery was prompt and any queries were answered quickly and professionally, highly recommend using this company.
