Introducing the whizz sls, our latest foil addition, specifically designed for dedicated prone and wake foiling but coming with great potential for wing foiling as well. This lineup complements our carve 2.0 and glide series, crafted with the goal of creating a wing that pumps effortlessly for linking multiple waves and offers exceptional manoeuvrability for executing tight turns on the wave.
FULL DESCRIPTION
The Whizz SLS features a mid-aspect ratio of 8.5, enough to balance efficient pumping capabilities with manoeuvrability. Its straight outline with zero sweep maximizes lift-to-drag ratio, enhancing pumping efficiency. The wing's unique appearance, especially from the front view, features a progressive dihedral shape that makes the Whizz feel exceptionally playful and responsive.
Our design team utilised a robust airfoil design similar to our Glide 2145 pump wing, delaying stall and allowing riders to kick out of waves at low speeds while continuing to pump effectively. Each size of the Whizz wings is fine-tuned with adjusted thickness and camber to ensure a broad speed range and powerful lift at slow speeds.
We've also developed a new range of stabilisers to complement the Whizz's characteristics. The Stabiliser S features minimal sweep and a slight dihedral angle, contributing to a fun and loose feel. This unique profile used is different to our P or C stabilisers and really helps to improve the setup's pumping efficiency.
The Whizz SLS range is available in sizes 850, 1000, 1200, and 1450. The smaller sizes cater to advanced surf foilers looking for maximum wave manoeuvrability and are also suitable for wing and kite foiling. The larger sizes are designed for beginners or heavier riders seeking an easy platform for learning or advancing their prone surfing or wake foiling skills. They are also ideal for SUP foiling in slow and weaker swell conditions and offer a playful option for dockstart wings for intermediate to advanced riders.
For optimal performance, we recommend pairing the Whizz front wing with our 66cm Alu fuselage, positioned slightly forward in your tracks compared to our Carve or Glide wings. For added playfulness, consider our shorter 60cm fuselage, or for a more controlled ride, our longer 74cm option is available.
Discover the unique character and capabilities of the Whizz SLS range and see why it has impressed our entire team with its innovative design and performance.
Stabilizer S
Along with the new Whizz SLS front wings we’ve developed a new range of stabilizers to best match the character of the Whizz. The outline of the Stabilizer S, with very little sweep and a slight dihedral angle gives these back wings a really fun and loose feel. The profile used is completely different to our P or C stabs and really helps in making the whole setup much better at pumping while maintaining maximum playfulness.

from 127 reviewsAfter purchasing this wing earlier this year it has noticeably made tacks so much smoother and overall upgraded my riding. I bought the 3.0 and 5.0 metre and my 3.0m flies very well in both underpowered and overpowered conditions
I purchased the Unit SLS 2025 wing earlier this year and it has made tacks so much smoother and upgraded my riding. I also bought the Duotone Carve 3.0 D/LAB 2025 with the 800 front wing and once again it’s been a game changer, having a great amount of glide which works perfectly for both wingfoiling and kitefoiling!
All thanks to the H2O team that always have loads of knowledge, passion for watersports and go above and beyond!
Preferring not to throw away my (now discontinued) North Red boom which had a broken cuff, I called H2O to see if there was any way to salvage it. I spoke with Matt who was very knowledgeable and helpful but came off the phone somewhat resigned that I might not be able to get the part. However to my surprise a little while later I was blown away (with a force 5) when I got a call to tell me he’d sourced one for me. And here I am now, a week on, with all the bits I need to get back on the water; whoever said people don’t have time to help others! So the moral of this story is have a little faith and try H2O!

Ordered a 1350 Glide 2.0 to progress on to from my 1750 aero free. Being a heavier rider I've found it's now my go to foil wing, initially a bit harder to get on the foil compared to the aero free but once up it feels completely effort less! Thanks to the team for getting me sorted out 🤙
James, Matt and the H20 Team are absolute gurus of the water sports industry, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They will always give the right advice and come up with superb deals and first class support, thanks guys for always helping me to make the right decisions over the last 20 + years!
My new mast arrived from H20. Sports and it was so worth the wait. You immediately notice how much stiffer it is compared to the v1 carbon version when riding. The foil feels more responsive and direct .It also glides longer in transition s and riding bumps.
Its well worth the upgrade in my opinion.
I bpught this wing to replacr my Unit 5.5 m wing for tje summer breezes as i never liked using big wings. This wing is really powerful in the low end and allows you to pump really efficiently to get on foil with a bit of technique.
You can size down by half a metre with this wing compared to a Unit.
Its still fast and so good iwhen you roll into a tack.
Perfect quiver would be a 3 m , 4m & a 5 m in the Float for all conditions.
Its a great price too as lower than Dlab and SLS wings but with great performance.
As one of the H2O riders I have really enjoyed the variety of kit H2O have available. Including the Duotone sky surf 35Ltr which quickly become my favourite board because of its shorter and thicker shape while being low in litres it still allows me to get it out the water in some lighter winds. However it comes into its own when the wind is strong and the waves are pumping with its incredible manoeuvrability. Paired with the Duotone units (that are light weight and precisely balanced) wave riding is a dream.
I've been one of those riders who thought one board was enough. Turns out a downwind board has opened up so many more days on the water. I cant believe how easy this beast gets going in 6 knots. I use my 8' board with the 1100 and 1595 Duotone Glide. It's like a whole new sport. Whilst I've tried paddling up, I think I'll stick to winging for now (although can't wait to try the Stash Parawing).
Lots of the benefits of the DLAB Unit but without the price tag. Strong, light, and powerful. It's been great in all conditions, handles really well when over powered. I bought the 3.5, 4.5 and 5.5 to cover all eventualities. Personally I prefer the handle option which works really well with my harness. Matt and the team really helpful in deciding on the sizing.
I absolutely love my 65L/4'9" Sky Style SLS Wing Board. I'm about 88kg and it suits me for most conditions. Easy planing, great in waves, sold for jumping. Incredibly light, especially when paired with a DLAB Carve 800 foil and mast, which makes it a great overseas travel option too. Carbon finish and colours look great (picture on website doesn't do it enough justice). Not a big fan of the front foot straps overlapping but going to put the new v-strap on which will sort this.
I usually go for the DLAB or SLS Concept Blue Units but this wing has had great reviews so thought I'd give it a try. Great power delivery and handling, really light weight but solid construction. The wing’s dihedral and tension profile give amazing flight balance so although designed for wave/downwind, I think this wind would suit all levels. Bought teh 5m for the summer but bought a 4 ready for the winter swell.
The 2025 Unit is a good allrounder fast, stiff & light wing.
I prefer to size down my Unit as they are really grunty wings.
They also have great top end aswell and the white colourway looks cool.
I have ridden the Skybrid SLS 70 litre and its a great hybrid board between a short wave freesyle board and a mid length shape.
Easy to get up though its narrower than my previous boards and does require a little more effort.
The big advantage is the early planing speed to get on foil and the glide.
Its a good allrounder in waves and flat water.
