Elevate Your Flight
What’s New?
Enhanced Leading Edge Stiffness:
We've significantly increased the stiffness of the leading edge (LE), allowing the FLY III to maintain its shape under high loads and deliver superior control in strong winds. This enhancement results in better speed, quicker acceleration, and improved upwind performance, all without sacrificing the early take-off that the FLY series is known for.
Refined Shape and Twist:
The FLY III features a carefully refined shape and twist, engineered to work in harmony with the increased LE stiffness. These adjustments not only boost overall performance but also provide a more controlled and stable ride, especially when conditions become challenging.
Designer’s Insight:
“For the FLY III, our focus was on refining what was already an exceptional wing. By increasing the leading edge stiffness and fine-tuning the shape, we’ve achieved a wing that not only excels in speed and control but also offers a more stable and confident ride in strong winds. It’s about pushing the boundaries while keeping the FLY’s signature versatility intact.”
The FLY III is the pinnacle of performance, designed for riders who demand more from their wing. Whether you’re pushing for new speeds, tackling strong winds, or simply enjoying the thrill of flight, the FLY III is ready to take your experience to the next level.
KEY FEATURES
Advanced Material Construction:
The FLY III continues to be built entirely from Teijin LE Dacron, ensuring unmatched durability and long-lasting shape retention. The leading edge enhancements take full advantage of this robust material, giving you a wing that’s ready for anything.
Optimised Canopy Tension:
Drawing from our expertise in windsurfing sail design, we’ve fine-tuned the canopy tension distribution to maximise upwind speed and handling. The result is a wing that feels responsive and precise, making upwind manoeuvres smoother and more efficient.
Reinforced Dihedral Profile:
The reshaped dihedral front profile increases stability when sheeted in, offering an even more balanced and predictable ride, particularly beneficial for harness-equipped riders.
Strategic Window Placement:
The FLY III's windows have been redesigned for optimal visibility, featuring clear PVC. This ensures a perfect balance of visibility, lightweight construction, and structural integrity, allowing you to keep your focus on the ride.
Versatile Size Options:
The FLY III now offers a comprehensive range of sizes from 2.5 to 6.5, all available in precise half square meter increments. This expanded selection ensures that every rider can find the perfect wing to match their style and conditions, making it easier than ever to dial in your ideal setup.

from 127 reviewsAfter purchasing this wing earlier this year it has noticeably made tacks so much smoother and overall upgraded my riding. I bought the 3.0 and 5.0 metre and my 3.0m flies very well in both underpowered and overpowered conditions
I purchased the Unit SLS 2025 wing earlier this year and it has made tacks so much smoother and upgraded my riding. I also bought the Duotone Carve 3.0 D/LAB 2025 with the 800 front wing and once again it’s been a game changer, having a great amount of glide which works perfectly for both wingfoiling and kitefoiling!
All thanks to the H2O team that always have loads of knowledge, passion for watersports and go above and beyond!
Preferring not to throw away my (now discontinued) North Red boom which had a broken cuff, I called H2O to see if there was any way to salvage it. I spoke with Matt who was very knowledgeable and helpful but came off the phone somewhat resigned that I might not be able to get the part. However to my surprise a little while later I was blown away (with a force 5) when I got a call to tell me he’d sourced one for me. And here I am now, a week on, with all the bits I need to get back on the water; whoever said people don’t have time to help others! So the moral of this story is have a little faith and try H2O!

Ordered a 1350 Glide 2.0 to progress on to from my 1750 aero free. Being a heavier rider I've found it's now my go to foil wing, initially a bit harder to get on the foil compared to the aero free but once up it feels completely effort less! Thanks to the team for getting me sorted out 🤙
James, Matt and the H20 Team are absolute gurus of the water sports industry, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They will always give the right advice and come up with superb deals and first class support, thanks guys for always helping me to make the right decisions over the last 20 + years!
My new mast arrived from H20. Sports and it was so worth the wait. You immediately notice how much stiffer it is compared to the v1 carbon version when riding. The foil feels more responsive and direct .It also glides longer in transition s and riding bumps.
Its well worth the upgrade in my opinion.
I bpught this wing to replacr my Unit 5.5 m wing for tje summer breezes as i never liked using big wings. This wing is really powerful in the low end and allows you to pump really efficiently to get on foil with a bit of technique.
You can size down by half a metre with this wing compared to a Unit.
Its still fast and so good iwhen you roll into a tack.
Perfect quiver would be a 3 m , 4m & a 5 m in the Float for all conditions.
Its a great price too as lower than Dlab and SLS wings but with great performance.
As one of the H2O riders I have really enjoyed the variety of kit H2O have available. Including the Duotone sky surf 35Ltr which quickly become my favourite board because of its shorter and thicker shape while being low in litres it still allows me to get it out the water in some lighter winds. However it comes into its own when the wind is strong and the waves are pumping with its incredible manoeuvrability. Paired with the Duotone units (that are light weight and precisely balanced) wave riding is a dream.
I've been one of those riders who thought one board was enough. Turns out a downwind board has opened up so many more days on the water. I cant believe how easy this beast gets going in 6 knots. I use my 8' board with the 1100 and 1595 Duotone Glide. It's like a whole new sport. Whilst I've tried paddling up, I think I'll stick to winging for now (although can't wait to try the Stash Parawing).
Lots of the benefits of the DLAB Unit but without the price tag. Strong, light, and powerful. It's been great in all conditions, handles really well when over powered. I bought the 3.5, 4.5 and 5.5 to cover all eventualities. Personally I prefer the handle option which works really well with my harness. Matt and the team really helpful in deciding on the sizing.
I absolutely love my 65L/4'9" Sky Style SLS Wing Board. I'm about 88kg and it suits me for most conditions. Easy planing, great in waves, sold for jumping. Incredibly light, especially when paired with a DLAB Carve 800 foil and mast, which makes it a great overseas travel option too. Carbon finish and colours look great (picture on website doesn't do it enough justice). Not a big fan of the front foot straps overlapping but going to put the new v-strap on which will sort this.
I usually go for the DLAB or SLS Concept Blue Units but this wing has had great reviews so thought I'd give it a try. Great power delivery and handling, really light weight but solid construction. The wing’s dihedral and tension profile give amazing flight balance so although designed for wave/downwind, I think this wind would suit all levels. Bought teh 5m for the summer but bought a 4 ready for the winter swell.
The 2025 Unit is a good allrounder fast, stiff & light wing.
I prefer to size down my Unit as they are really grunty wings.
They also have great top end aswell and the white colourway looks cool.
I have ridden the Skybrid SLS 70 litre and its a great hybrid board between a short wave freesyle board and a mid length shape.
Easy to get up though its narrower than my previous boards and does require a little more effort.
The big advantage is the early planing speed to get on foil and the glide.
Its a good allrounder in waves and flat water.
