Normal sizes: normal proportions of body height, weight and width
Short size: shorter body, arms and legs than normal sizes.
Tall size: longer body, arms and legs than normal sizes.

How to measure:
Women's tops
Lower Waist: Measure the waist circumference below your navel, where the waistband (low waist) usually fits.
Bust: Outline the bust (breast area) with a tape measure and breathe normally. Notice the variations as you breathe and record the highest number.
Waist: Place yourself in front of a mirror with your waist clearly visible. Slightly tilting to the side, visuaize the formation of a crease, which indicates the position of the natural waist. Wrap the waist.
Hip: Outline with the tape measure the "wider" region below the waist, running parallel to the highest part of the glutes.
Arm: With your arm slightly bent, measure the distance between the shoulder and the wrist by passing the tape behind the elbow.
