Cable & Connector for eHarness Regular (40260-8001)
The regular cable is delivered with the (Foil Assist) Mast Sets and is also available as a spare part. It is the ideal length for the Midfish (Air) board. With a non-stretched length of 157 cm and a stretched length of 330 cm, it provides the perfect reach for your setup. The coiled design minimizes drag, while the reliable twist-lock connector ensures uninterrupted power and signal transmission, effectively connecting the battery to the motor/ESC. Warning: This cable must be used together with the eLeash for safe operation. Maintenance Tip: If the connectors come into contact with salt water or sand, rinse them thoroughly with fresh water, ensuring no sand or dirt remains inside. Use a cotton swab if necessary to remove any debris. Allow the connectors to air dry completely, and for optimal connectivity, apply a thin layer of dielectric grease on the connector. For the correct mounting process, please watch our instructional video or refer to the help center.
Cable & Connector for eHarness Long (40260-8006)
This long Foil Assist cable variant is particularly well-suited for boards with a longer tail. The cable measures between 219 and 330 cm, depending on how far it is stretched. The coiled design minimizes drag, while the reliable twist-lock connector ensures uninterrupted power and signal transmission, effectively connecting the battery to the ESC. Please note that this cable is not included in the (Foil Assist) mast set and must be purchased separately. Warning: This cable must be used together with the eLeash to avoid tension on the cable. Maintenance Tip: If the connectors come into contact with saltwater or sand, rinse them thoroughly with fresh water to ensure that no sand or dirt remains. Use a cotton swab if necessary to remove any residue. Allow the connectors to air dry completely, and for optimal connectivity, apply a thin layer of dielectric grease to the connectors. In our Help Center, we explain how to properly mount the cable to your Foil Assist mast.
Cable & Connector for eFoil (40260-8002)
We offer three different cable lengths for the Foil Assist, including this 70 cm variant, which is especially ideal for transforming your Foil Assist into an eFoil. In this setup, the battery box is mounted directly at the back of the board instead of on the eHarness, significantly shortening the distance from the top plate to the battery box connector. The short cable fits snugly against the underside of the board, eliminating any risk of contact with the rotating propeller, so a leash is not required. This configuration is perfect for foil sessions on calm, smooth water. Maintenance Tip: If the connectors come into contact with saltwater or sand, be sure to rinse them thoroughly with fresh water to prevent any residue from remaining. Use a cotton swab if needed to clean any stubborn spots. Allow the connectors to air dry completely, and for optimal connectivity, apply a thin layer of dielectric grease to the connectors. For guidance on how to replace the regular cable with this shorter variant and how to mount the battery box on the back of the board, please visit the Help Center.
Cable Fastener V (40260-8004)
The V-shaped cable fastener is part of the (Foil Assist) mast sets but can also be purchased as a spare part. This cable holder, made of durable, lightweight plastic, ensures that the cable runs neatly along the underside of the board without bending. Additionally, it keeps the cable away from the propeller and reduces drag from the cable in the water. The cable fastener is securely mounted at the end of the foil box using two screws and track nuts.
Cable Fastener 3M (4Pcs) (40260-8005)
The adhesive cable fastener (4 pieces) is an essential component of the (Foil Assist) mast sets and can also be purchased as a spare part. The set includes four cable ties that securely attach the cable to your board, preventing unwanted movement during your sessions. We especially recommend using these fasteners for boards with a longer tail. For the Midfish boards, the V-shaped cable fastener is sufficient to keep the cable in place. You can also use the adhesive cable ties to secure the mounting plate together with the battery box on your board. Simply clean the surface with the alcohol wipes included in the screw and tool set, stick the fasteners on, and insert the cable ties. The Midfish Air already has D-rings, allowing you to easily attach the mounting plate with four Velcro straps to the fixtures. The adhesive cable fastener provides a strong and reliable connection, ensuring that your cable remains securely attached to your board even under demanding conditions. For optimal adhesion, make sure to thoroughly clean the application area with alcohol before applying the fastener base. Two alcohol pads are included in the screw set that comes with the mast.

from 131 reviewsNice to not have to rinse the charging pins on the woo after every session ;)
great communication and delivered the product when they said. Would definitely use again!
I cannot sing enough praises for H2O Sports! I have over the years made small purchases because they’ve been the most competitive online but recently I bought some new wing foiling kit and there was some slight damage to the alloy mast - well H2O’s aftercare was second to none!! They were instantly chasing down a replacement part and happy for me to be using the old part (albeit a bit bent) whilst waiting for the replacement. So refreshing to experience such great customer service.
Many many Thanks! - will be ordering more and more from this company!!!
Great buying experience. Great prices and delivered quickly. Thanks Guys.
After purchasing this wing earlier this year it has noticeably made tacks so much smoother and overall upgraded my riding. I bought the 3.0 and 5.0 metre and my 3.0m flies very well in both underpowered and overpowered conditions
I purchased the Unit SLS 2025 wing earlier this year and it has made tacks so much smoother and upgraded my riding. I also bought the Duotone Carve 3.0 D/LAB 2025 with the 800 front wing and once again it’s been a game changer, having a great amount of glide which works perfectly for both wingfoiling and kitefoiling!
All thanks to the H2O team that always have loads of knowledge, passion for watersports and go above and beyond!
Preferring not to throw away my (now discontinued) North Red boom which had a broken cuff, I called H2O to see if there was any way to salvage it. I spoke with Matt who was very knowledgeable and helpful but came off the phone somewhat resigned that I might not be able to get the part. However to my surprise a little while later I was blown away (with a force 5) when I got a call to tell me he’d sourced one for me. And here I am now, a week on, with all the bits I need to get back on the water; whoever said people don’t have time to help others! So the moral of this story is have a little faith and try H2O!

Ordered a 1350 Glide 2.0 to progress on to from my 1750 aero free. Being a heavier rider I've found it's now my go to foil wing, initially a bit harder to get on the foil compared to the aero free but once up it feels completely effort less! Thanks to the team for getting me sorted out 🤙
James, Matt and the H20 Team are absolute gurus of the water sports industry, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They will always give the right advice and come up with superb deals and first class support, thanks guys for always helping me to make the right decisions over the last 20 + years!
My new mast arrived from H20. Sports and it was so worth the wait. You immediately notice how much stiffer it is compared to the v1 carbon version when riding. The foil feels more responsive and direct .It also glides longer in transition s and riding bumps.
Its well worth the upgrade in my opinion.
I bpught this wing to replacr my Unit 5.5 m wing for tje summer breezes as i never liked using big wings. This wing is really powerful in the low end and allows you to pump really efficiently to get on foil with a bit of technique.
You can size down by half a metre with this wing compared to a Unit.
Its still fast and so good iwhen you roll into a tack.
Perfect quiver would be a 3 m , 4m & a 5 m in the Float for all conditions.
Its a great price too as lower than Dlab and SLS wings but with great performance.
As one of the H2O riders I have really enjoyed the variety of kit H2O have available. Including the Duotone sky surf 35Ltr which quickly become my favourite board because of its shorter and thicker shape while being low in litres it still allows me to get it out the water in some lighter winds. However it comes into its own when the wind is strong and the waves are pumping with its incredible manoeuvrability. Paired with the Duotone units (that are light weight and precisely balanced) wave riding is a dream.
I've been one of those riders who thought one board was enough. Turns out a downwind board has opened up so many more days on the water. I cant believe how easy this beast gets going in 6 knots. I use my 8' board with the 1100 and 1595 Duotone Glide. It's like a whole new sport. Whilst I've tried paddling up, I think I'll stick to winging for now (although can't wait to try the Stash Parawing).
Lots of the benefits of the DLAB Unit but without the price tag. Strong, light, and powerful. It's been great in all conditions, handles really well when over powered. I bought the 3.5, 4.5 and 5.5 to cover all eventualities. Personally I prefer the handle option which works really well with my harness. Matt and the team really helpful in deciding on the sizing.
